Basil and Ginger have been in our home since they were puppies. They are up to date with vaccinations and vet checks and are both de-sexed and micro chipped. They are well looked after and come from a very happy home.
Unfortunately we are wanting to adopt them out as we are unable to give them the time and attention due to our busy lifestyles.
They come from a loving family home of two children aged 10 and 13 and a baby of 4 months old. They have always been around little children and children.
We would like them to be homed together.
They are great with children of all ages and other pets. Basil is more outgoing than ginger. Ginger is frightened of big dogs but basil will go and meet any dog.
They are great companions and get along great. They are crate trained and sleep inside their crate at night times. They spend the majority of their day sleeping inside or in their bed with moments of exploring outside and like to play and run outside together chasing each other. They also like going for walks but not too far. They will pull on the leads and try to lead you. They are on a raw meat diet and are healthy with no major health issues just keep in mind with cavaliers to keep their ears cleaned.
They absolutely love face rubs and tummy scratches. Basil loves to sit on your lap while Ginger will be content to sit at your feet. They will be happy in a home with or without children but where they will get a lot of love. If they were allowed they would be more than happy sleeping in the main bed.
Both dogs know basic commands and are very smart and will want to please you.
Please no offers of separating them at this time. They will both do well separated but for our own sake we want to try and keep them together and know they will both be going to a good home.
They have a vet check due next month and vaccinations which we will get done before they leave us and we also have them covered for pet insurance which we will end at the end of August 2014. They will come with their bed and crate cage.
The amount is negotiable, only serious enquires please. All potential owners will need to fill out a form just so we know our dogs needs can be matched to the potential adopter. We want to make sure we are giving our dogs to a good home.
