Swimming pool with all year round solar heating, which includes toddler pool and spa with plenty of shade under trees. Site fees are $975 per quarter for annuals or $75 per week for permanants. Caravan has all new flooring with wood look lino, annex has all new carpet. Lovely and cozy in winter and cool in summer. Sleeps 6 comfotabley with ensuite with toinet and basin. Weather prrof carport so you can still sit outside on the rainy days, also has a flyover to protect the caravan from the weather. Nothing like packing up the car on a Friday night and heading down there on the weekend then lock it all up Sunday night to come back home. Its a real home away from home.
